Kids are a BIG priority at God’s House!
Kids are welcome in all God’s House services. Every service is family-friendly! In fact, they’re not just welcome—they’re encouraged to worship and learn with the adults! We don’t think of church services as “big church” or only for adults. We believe that our kids are just as much a part of the church as any one of us.

Pastor Timothy Pender
Senior Pastor and Founder of God’s House Christian Church
Pastor Timothy Pender is a dynamic preacher and teacher with a passion for God’s Word and a heart for mentoring others in their faith journey. With 29 years of service in the U.S. Army, including deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I and Operation New Dawn, he brings leadership, discipline, and wisdom to his ministry.
Holding multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling and Christian Leadership, Pastor Timothy is dedicated to guiding others both spiritually and practically. In addition to leading God’s House Christian Church, he works alongside his wife, Lady Yolanda Pender, as a marriage coach for About Life & Marriage, LLC, and serves his community through education and support.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Pastor Timothy finds his greatest joy in faith, family, and inspiring others to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Lady Yolanda Pender serves faithfully beside her husband, Pastor Timothy Pender, at God’s House Christian Church. A Licensed Professional Counselor and certified Life & Relationship Coach, she leads with grace, wisdom, and a deep commitment to wholeness in Christ.
Through her work in ministry and mental health, Lady Yolanda creates spaces for healing, growth, and God-honoring connection — especially for couples and leaders. Whether speaking in session, on a stage, or at a retreat, she is a steady encourager of hearts, a champion for people, and a voice of truth and love in the body of Christ.
Her passion is to see the people of God live whole — emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
